Graves of Warriors (4th century)

Several graves on the shore itself belong to the Late Classical Era. Only three of these graves have been explored slide 98, slide 99, slide 100 , one of which is a cenotaf slide 100 , while several graves were destroyed by the brick factory machine. The deceased were buried in rectangular graves, south-north oriented. The inventory in the graves consists of iron fibula photo 145 , a knife photo 146, a spear photo 147, swords photo 148, part of a umbo photo 149, threaders photo 150 and a large stone pearl photo 151. The fibula is by type similar to the fibula from the necropolis near Subotica, dated to the end of the 4th and beginning of the 5th century. Since all of the skeletons are those of male individuals 1, and the inventory is appropriate, we can link such a small group of graves to a warrior group that did not belong to this late Classical settlement.
