Biografija

Aleksandar Medović (1969, Novi Sad), kustos – arheobotaničar. Honorarni je saradnik Preistorijskog instituta Kristijan-Albreht univerziteta u Kilu u Nemačkoj (1992–2003). Projektovao je bazu podataka „Literature on archaeological remains of cultivated plants 1981–2005“: http://www.archaeobotany.de (2003). Izvršio je arheobotaničke analize lokaliteta u Srbiji: Židovara, Hisara kod Leskovca, Gamzigrada, Čarnoka kod Bačkog Dobrog Polja, Starih vinograda kod Čuruga, Gradine na Bosutu, Starčeva, Matejskog Broda, Petrovaradinske tvrđave i više lokaliteta u Novom Sadu (2002–2009). Izvršio je arheobotaničke analize lokaliteta u Mađarskoj: Ópusztaszer i Gorzsa. (2005–2009). Od 2005. radi u Muzeju Vojvodine kao kustos – arheobotaničar.
